At Pad Print UK Ltd our silicone pads are available in an assortment of sizes, shapes, grades and hardness. The type of pad used depends on the substrate and the design that will be printed. Harder pads generally offer longer life and a better print clarity , though they are not always suitable for fragile substrates. Selecting the right pad for the right job is as important as the correct plate depth and the correct ink mixture.
